I decided not to take the job at Myer in Bondi Junction. I tried to get on contact with the manager every day for more than a week and couldn't get through, left a message which she never returned, and figured: bugger this, if they wanted me that badly they would return my calls and pay me more than 13.80 per hour with no penalty rates.

So, in a fit of something or other yesterday, I applied for all these jobs online, then got an interview this afternoon for something that sounded quite promising. Problem is, I just don't know if I really want the job if they offer it to me. It'd be full time, by myself, trying to keep with sales targets using push-push selling. It sounds a little more stressful than what I wanted. What I wanted was more like 3 or 4 days a week being bossed around by someone and not having to use my brain.

Sigh. And it's really hot and I need to clean my room but I can't be bothered. I hope we win $700 at trivia tonight. Seven hundred bucks would be nice.
